The ideal candidate has experience in B2B media sales and is passionate about the digital advertising and job-tech landscape.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media agencies.
- Pitch advertising and branding solutions across Career123 platforms (web, mobile, newsletter, social).
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Work with content, marketing, and tech teams to build customized media proposals.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Attend industry events, media forums, and networking meetings to generate leads.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in media/brand sales, preferably in digital or publishing space.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic ad metrics.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset.
