Job Description
We are hiring for a Regional Lead Consultant – Quality Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) testing and automation.
In this role, you will lead quality assurance efforts, design test strategies, and implement automation frameworks to ensure high-performing, reliable Salesforce solutions.
You will be responsible for converting potential leads into business deals for West Bengal and the surrounding Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement test plans for Salesforce applications
- Lead the QA process across multiple SFDC modules and integrations
- Build and maintain automation test scripts (Selenium, UFT, or similar)
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Track defects, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution
Requirements
- 6+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce testing
- Strong skills in automation tools and scripting
- Hands-on experience in API testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Salesforce QA certification (preferred)
